Duties:
- Plan, organize, or lead group activities for customer.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding worker performance or
service rendered.
- Communication regarding events or activities.
- Oversee and coordinate the training process focused on enhancing
performance techniques.
- Maintain inventories of materials, equipment, or products.
- Promote products, services, or programs.
- Manage paper or electronic filing systems by recording
information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as
attendance records or correspondence
- Ensure all regulatory policies and procedures are documented,
implemented, and communicated.
