Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Technology and Business
Analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily direction and management within the technical area,
addressing and navigating technical issues
Engage in planning and executing department-level technical
projects while ensuring effective communication across functional
areas
Monitor expenses and ensure costs are within established levels
while driving continuous technical improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of management experience, including hiring,
training, and managing performance of direct reports
Comprehensive knowledge of the primary technology area, preferably
within a healthcare environment
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in job
duties
