Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loan Officer to work remotely in
Phoenix, AZ.
Key Responsibilities:
Clearly explain the company's value proposition, products, and
processes to prospective borrowers
Drive sales through a consultative approach and meet monthly sales
goals
Build relationships with borrowers and assist them throughout the
loan closing process
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience as a loan originator or loan officer in
commercial and non-owner occupied residential real estate
Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal
direction
Experience with office technology such as Microsoft Office and
G-Suite
Possession of a book of business
