Responsibilities

• Set up printing presses according to job specifications, including loading paper, plates, and inks.
• Operate printing presses efficiently and safely, maintaining consistent production speeds.
• Monitor print quality throughout the run, making adjustments as needed to ensure color accuracy and clarity.
• Perform routine press maintenance and identify potential mechanical issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area for optimal press operation.
• May be required to train or assist less experienced press operators.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with prepress and finishing departments.Requirements:
  • Experience operating printing press (offset, digital, or specific press type as required).
  • Strong understanding of printing principles, including color theory, press mechanics, and paper properties.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to achieving high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot printing problems.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting printing specifications and work orders.
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically able to perform the requirements of the job, including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods. Benefits & Perks
