• Certification Details
• Must have ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification for certain units.
• BlS - Basic Life Support Certification required for all Nursing and Tech positions.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred for ER and required for certain units.
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure required for L&D and NICU.
• National Certification/Verification as applicable by Profession and State.
• NIH Stroke Certification will be required starting 10/14/2024 for various units.

  • Sub requirements - Cover sheet, Resume, Primary Source and Skills Checklist.
  • Full Time, 3 shifts per week with every other weekend.
  • No Block scheduling accommodated.
  • Resource must have 2 years of recent acute care experience in Med/Surg.
  • COOK IS A MANDITORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion.
  • RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive.
  • No RTO the day prior or after a holiday.
  • No RTO on weekends.
    • Job Requirements
    • 2 years of recent acute care experience in Med/Surg required.
      • Schedule Information
      • Full Time, 3 shifts per week with every other weekend.
      • No Block scheduling accommodated.
        • Additional Details
        • Government-Issued photo ID required. Color or B&W acceptable. Must be clear and legible.
        • Back of card only required if it contains pertinent information.
        • Refer to UD/cost center to confirm certifications required per unit.
        • AHA only.
