Job Description:
A company is looking for a BDR/SDR Manager to lead a team in
generating and qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of BDRs/SDRs to generate and qualify
high-quality leads
Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to drive pipeline
growth and revenue
Monitor key metrics and provide regular reports and insights to
senior leadership
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2+ years
managing a BDR/SDR team
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams to exceed
pipeline and revenue targets
Strong understanding of outbound prospecting strategies, including
cold outreach and email sequences
Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics
and optimize processes
